Mood: Pleasantly chilled!
30th September 2006
Windsurfing: The Loch, Tiree
Wind Direction: ESE
Wind Stength: 15-20mph
Surf / Sea State: Flat
Air Temperature: Warm
Sea Temperature: Warm
Weather: Some sunshine
Max Speed: 28 mph (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 26 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Another light wind day, on the big kit on the loch. The wind did pick up to close to 20mph in the afternoon, but not consistently, so we stayed at the loch rather than de-rigging and heading to a beach which may or may not have delivered the goods. Pity really, as I was itching to get out on the sea at some stage. However, the wind direction meant that you could get some really good runs right along the length of the loch - which made for some great drag racing. Maybe wind will pick up tomorrow - forecast looked promising.
